Thermal Imaging Wildlife Safari - September to March special - explore the Highlands of Scotland as you've never seen it before with our bespoke thermal imaging tour taking in the wildlife and night-sights of Sutherland. Wildlife may include: red deer, badger, fox, wild hare, bats, pine marten and more. Lucky visitors may also have the chance of spotting the Northern Lights.
Test your aim during an hour-long introductory target archery session. For 2-8 people (larger parties can be catered for), the sessions are led by an experienced Archery GB qualified instructor.
Relax with local guided trout fishing. Fishing rods, ghillie and 4x4 transport provided, with collection directly from your accommodation within the Dornoch area.
Make it an adventure with the popular Shoot & Scoot package. Start your trip with a scenic journey to Shin Falls to watch the salmon jump, before travelling to The Highland Shooting Centre where you will receive a personalised two-hour lesson on archery and clay pigeon shooting. End the day by putting your newly learned skills to the test!
Draw & Dram package - Be collected from your accommodation, in the Dornoch area, and participate in a one hour archery lesson overlooking the beautiful Dornoch Firth.Then be taken to Carnegie Whisky Cellars in Dornoch for a one hour tasting session, an education in whisky tasting with three distinct, high quality drams to sample. Axe Throwing - Start a journey into your new favourite hobby. Axe Throwing is a fun experience with axes for beginners and advanced users. Enjoy an hour long introduction to axe throwing at our range. Ages 12+. Available all year round for 2-4 people. Please contact for larger groups
Air rifle target shooting - an hour-long introductory target shooting session led by an experienced instructor. For 1-6 people ages 12 +.
Targets and Tea - choose from an hour long archery, axe throwing or air rifle session and then relax with a nice cup of Dornoch Tea. Grown and produced on Sydera croft, enjoying a cup of Dornoch Tea allows you to taste the flavours of your peaceful suroundings.
Day tours
Explore with scenic Highland day tours. Choose from one of two set routes that showcase the raw beauty of Scotland. With plenty of opportunities to take some great photographs, take a walk to the infamous Inchnadamph Bone Caves in the beautiful and mountain-esque North West Highlands Geopark, or visit Smoo Cave and try the Golden Eagle Zipline across the stunning west coast bay.
