Castletown War Memorial sits on the main road through the village and was sculpted by Percy Herbert Portsmouth. The Memorial was dedicated in February 1925 by Sir Archibald Sinclair who at the time was Lord Lieutenant of Caithness. The bronze figure of Remembrance stands on a pedestal in front of which is a bronze panel. The memorial lists the names of 41 men who died during the First World War and 9 from the Second World War.
